Networks that protect
resident data by design.
VLAN segmentation, secure wireless, and network architecture that keeps resident health data protected and your facility audit-ready. Designed, deployed, and monitored for assisted living, memory care, and independent living environments.
One flat network is
one breach away.
Most communities we assess run clinical charting, resident Wi-Fi, guest devices, med carts, and smart TVs on a single flat network. One compromised personal device can then reach everything, including systems that carry protected health information. Segmented architecture is a HIPAA Security Rule expectation and the single highest-leverage infrastructure fix in senior living.

Do we have to replace everything?
No. We assess what is in place, keep what meets standard, and phase replacements where equipment cannot support segmentation or is past vendor support. Cutovers are scheduled around care operations, typically overnight, with staff notified in advance.
Will resident Wi-Fi be affected?
Resident Wi-Fi typically improves. Residents get their own isolated network with proper coverage, and clinical traffic no longer competes with streaming. Guest and resident devices cannot reach clinical systems.
Is this included in managed services?
Network management and monitoring are included in every senior living engagement. New infrastructure deployments or full cutovers are scoped as projects, most commonly inside the 30-day Post-Close Stabilization Playbook for newly acquired communities.
